How does the manufacturer warranty work?
Manufacturer warranties cover genuine products against defects in materials and workmanship. The brand handles defect claims — we help you get the claim started. What the warranty does not cover is misuse, normal wear, or a knife that isn't genuine, which is why genuineness is the whole point of buying from us.
How fast is shipping?
When in stock, orders placed by 2pm ET on a business day ship the same business day.
What is the return policy?
30 days from delivery. The knife must be unused, unsharpened, and in its original packaging. Email us first for a return authorization. You pay return shipping, except when the error or defect is ours — then we cover it. No restocking fee.
What does "in stock" mean here?
Quantities are exact. When a model sells out, it is gone until the next drop — we don't sell what we don't have.
What happens when a knife sells out?
Join the email list at the bottom of the homepage and we will email you when the counter opens again. We don't promise a restock date — when the next drop is ready, the list hears first.
Buy it. Hold it. If it's not the one, send it back within 30 days.

And if the knife in your hand isn't the one you wanted, return it within 30 days of delivery — unused, unsharpened, and in its original packaging — and we'll refund you.
