Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unsharpened, and in their original packaging.

Email us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please do not send items back without an RMA.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of store error or defective items.

There is no restocking fee at launch.

Defective items are handled through the manufacturer's warranty, with our store facilitating the process on your behalf.
